I'd like to get android SDK for my computer. I want to get the latest installation, but the problem is, I have no online access. Is there a way to get the SDK to install offline, and what do I need?

If you are posting to this forum you have online access. If your online access is only from your Xoom then download to your SD card and copy to your PC.

I should rephrase that. I have no online access at home. Doesn't the SDK require an online installation?

The SDK can be downloaded and transfered, but there are lots of separate parts that require updating within the development environment. I would strongly suggest having access to the internet if you plan on doing development.
