Android.server.tel library showed 5 times in activity

I have had some problems with apps appearing & disappearing. Is it possible for an IOS to penetrate my Android via the server?

Welcome to Android Central! It most likely has to do with the normal operation of your telecom services. I wouldn't be too worried about that.

Can you give more details about the apps appearing and disappearing? Is this just on the homescreen, or also in your App Drawer? Are they unrecognizable apps, or apps you know you installed? Why do you think an iPhone has hacked into your phone?
