Android system webview and and game launcher are disabled and i cant enable them?

I noticed in the disabled apps that android system webview and game launcher are disabled and it wont let me enable them if i wanted to? Is yours the same way guys?

I can't speak for the game launcher because I don't own a Samsung, but the System Webview app is a change related to Android itself. Starting with Nougat, chrome does double duty of handling System Webview functions. You can only enable it one of two ways.

The first way is to disable Chrome, then you can enable it. This has the obvious drawback of no longer having Chrome if that's your browser of choice. On the other hand, I did once have a problem with the Amazon app related to system Webview even though it was disabled. I disabled Chrome, enabled System Webview, updated system Webview on Google Play (yeah, it had an update waiting), then enabled Chrome again which automatically disabled System Webview. That fixed my Amazon problem.

The other way to enable it is via a setting in the developer options that allows both. I tried this once and it froze my phone, so I reverted that change. This may or may not be available in your phone, and YMMV if it is.

What is game launcher for anyway? If i dont play games do i really need it on?

It just puts all your games in one place.
