Android Tablet for Photo Sensitive People?

For those with extreme photo sensitivity, is there any LTE droid tablet that doesn't trigger migraines / headaches? My Lenovo Chromebook is working well, but doesn't allow for LTE. I've done quite a bit of research on LCD displays, which seem to be better than LED, but even with high PWM, most LCD displays seem to cause headaches. I'm wondering if those with similar photo-sensitivity have found anything with LTE that works?
