Android Tablet's upper part is not responding

The upper part of my device (like 20%) is not responding when i touch or swipe it.

Any idea how to fix it?

What kind of device is it? It could be that the digitizer is going bad on the device.

The simplest way is to rewrite the tablet OS. If it doesn'n help - bring it to workshop
