Android TV box remote control apps

Hi guys, what do you think about remote control apps such as RK remote and Droid Remote. Which one woul be the best. I just want to control my tv box functions and menu without their air mouse and other additional accessories. Or may be you can advice me smth more interesting?

If it's anything like Google TV (and it mostly is), both Google and the hardware vendors will likely release smartphone remote apps complete with touchpad function.

They also claimed at I/O that Android Wear will be able to control Android TV like a remote.
