Android tv box

Hello everyone so I've had the android blvk box for a while but tonight I wanted to watch a movie and when I turned it on all I got was a black screen with the blvk box logo on it. It will flash about every 15 seconds or so but go nowhere. I can't get either remotes to do anything. I've tried rebooting it, turning it off and on changing hdmi nothing works! Do any of u out there have any other suggestions? I have gone to 2 or 3 different websites, YouTube and now here. Please help! I don't watch much tv so this is a rare occasion lol

Welcome to Android Central! Unfortunately, we don't have a very robust Android TV box discussion here. Those kinds of devices are very hard to troubleshoot, since they're typically from obscure Chinese manufacturers, with little-to-no support and hardly any support community.
