Android update for HTC One International version

Hi, I have a International Unlocked version of the HTC One which I bought in Canada, the thing is my phone is still on Android 4.1.2 and there is no update available.

Is this normal? Any idea of when should I be getting some kind of update?

Hmm that's weird. My One is unlocked as well and was able to detect the 4.2 update. Have you tried manually pushing the update to your phone?

Try to flash a RUU,you won't lose warrenty nor have to root your phone and you will have latest 100% HTC rom

I assume 4.2 was skipped because 4.3 will roll out this week? I don't know, that's what I think.

Sorry for the ignorance but what is RUU, how can I do it? It is really strange I am not receiving the update I have also tried to push it manually, but it says no update available.

was only skipped for US customers, the rest of us got 4.2

I have no idea but I suggest you wait until 4.3 rolls out and see if you get the update.

There is that option in system updates for downloading with wifi only? Perhaps this is the issue?
