Android Update has made my HTC M8 unusable

[AC Question]

Driod update (I did not agree to a system update) has made my pone (HTC M8) completely glitch out where I can't use it. I am a small business owner and this is my phone and payment system.

IT crashes 5-10x/day, Windows pop up every 1-3 seconds ('program' has stopped unexpectedly).... Same window pops up once you hit 'ok' within seconds.

I CANNOT PERFORM MY BUSINESS FUNCTIONS WHICH WAS NO PROBLEM BEFORE THIS UPDATE!!!!!!

What would you suggest? (And my plan is to NOT get a new phone!) Thanks!

Welcome to the forum. I usually would recommend fixes that you could try, but as this is very important to your business I would suggest you take the phone to either your carrier store or a repair facility and see what they can do. You could roll back the upgrade but that fix is not for the faint of heart and I don't think a good solution for a phone that you depend on so highly.
