Android v6.0.1 on Note7

How do you Disable this Ridiculous Blurred Background/WallPaper, if i wanted a Blurry image to use for my WallPaper I would have Blurred it to start with.. and No, its NOT the Bokeh Effect.. the apps screen wallpaper is completely blurred out.. the Note7 seems like a really nice phone but android 6.0.1 has really ruined it.. 850$ am seriously considering sending it back.. what happened to the Display Brightness slider in the status pull down???? Android has been going down hill since 4.4.2, v5.0 was bearable this 6.0.1 is pityful.. any help would be appreciated by me and I'm sure my carrier who would love to keep my 850$
