Android wear bluetooth issues

When I have Android wear installed on my G4, the bluetooth will turn off randomly. It is connected to an LG G watch or a 1st Gen moto 360. If I uninstall Wear, it stays on. I've re installed the app and factory reset both watches. I've cleared the cache on all apps on the phone which helped in the past but now, nothing yet fixes the problem. The only thing I haven't done is factory reset the phone. Any help would be appreciated!

If you decide to do a factory reset on the phone, don't forget to save all your data first.

i found i keep interrupting the install by playing with it i found fresh installing the watch and just letting it sit by your phone for 3 hours fixed the same problem for me on the ZW2
