androidcentral reset password not working

[Android Central Question]

Who do I contact about the "Reset Your Password" not working? I check the "I'm not a robot" box and hit "email password reset" button but nothing ever comes. I've checked my spam folder too. I've tried both my username and email address. Who can help me?
