Angry Birds - New Video Ads

On my Mother's Transform there have always been issues running Angry Birds; mostly just pictures missing in menus. Before and after the Froyo update this was still the case but it never force closed and was playable. But suddenly tonight it started playing Video ads before the game would load up and textures in the game because near missing (they are see through basically). Anyone else have this issue or a fix? I updated to the most recent version from the market but nothing changed.

I have never had angry birds or seasons work right on my transform. the only one that works is the new angry birds rio

Angry birds RIO works fine on my transform
