I second the customization suggestion! THEMES! yeah! that support the drop down toggles, because the current ones won't with your mom

At this time, we are still working on the notification toggles, so the screenshot I have posted should be considered experimental. I won't say exactly what we're doing with the notification toggles, but everyone is going to need new underwear when we're done

According to another post and topic from drew, it is NOT based on stock sprint. My guess is true and pure gingerbread for a true android experience. Any way, what ever you folks roll out will rock, i have no doubt !!

HydroROM actually will be based on official ZVH software. The other one is an entirely different project and will take more time than originally anticipated.

I am using Kraven's CM7 port and haven't ventured over to zvh yet so YourMom or another rom may have it... As far as requests go, I would like to have customization friendly lockscreen on other roms. I used widgetlocker back during my reborn days and didn't like it nearly as much as the CM7 lockscreen.

HydroROM will be a "second coming" of Your Mom ROM, if you will. People who are running Your Mom ROM will definitely want to upgrade to Hydro. As for features of Your Mom has that Hydro won't, there are none. In fact is is quite the opposite. HydroROM will have many features that Your Mom doesn't have.

Themes will definitely be in the works.

I agree that customization of the lockscreen would be a very cool feature, however the complexity of such a feature makes it extremely difficult to do without having original source code available. It is something that is being researched, but I can guarantee it won't be in the first released build.

Ah, only reason I was asking is because your mom has a pretty fabulous rom name and it'd be a shame to see it be dead/obsolete after version 1.1. but hydro looks kick awesome so again, I'm excited

As for the other stuff, I like the app drawer on the bottom of Reborn, and power controls just the way it is layed out, seems about right. For the screen lock I use the stock keypad to be able to unlock with any of the home keys, or no lock app to remove the lock. Will those still work on zvh?

1) We can include the Hotspot Widget but it won't work. LG/Sprint changed something in the tethering part of the framework that makes it currently impossible to use the Hotspot Widget for tethering. This is being looked into, but absolutely no guarantees.

The Option to have the 4 Slide-lock-unlock Buttons. I would LOVE to see that in this rom.
And The The battery should be the battery % Plus around that Percentage the battery

I have a file for the stock keypad that I flashed. So when I touch any of the buttons the screen wakes up. Reborn has it so that only the power button wakes it up. Then I also have an app called no lock from the market that does away with the lock all together..

I will hold out till the new ROM has a hotspot. I use it everyday as my only connection.

I may be mistaken but other tethering apps like open garden do work on zvh
