Annoying Ad

Since yesterday I have noticed that an ad from a anti virus app appears when I use a browser. It can only be removed if I press Back button.

It starts by showing a small windows go to Mobile Antivirus that your phone has 13 viruses if I press any key it brings me to Google Play showing app CM Security Antivirus. So far its only this ad that is showing.

I have cleared caches, and phone runs and works as normal.

How can I get rid of this annoying ad?

Hi, sounds like an adware virus on the phone - look at the most recent apps you have installed - try uninstall them and see if this removed the adware. Failing that you might need to perform a factory reset on the device to remove it.
