Annoying Floating format menu

I am having floating format menu specially on typing box since new update. Anyone else having this issue? It really annoying.

Which one, the "thank you" or the "clipboard"? (The clipboard is because you long-pressed in a text input box. That's how the clipboard works.)

March update changed it to single tap. Hopefully it's a bug...

I noticed that issue on 2 different phones with the March security update. I created a thread on XDA about it a couple days ago but haven't had anyone responses to it. I have since rolled my phone back to the Feb update. Hopefully it gets fixed soon.

Yes, I've rolled back as well. If this change is intended, it's very rude. Hopefully, it's just a bug. But there is the off chance that someone actually thought it was a great idea to force this change on everyone. Long-press has been the way to access this for a reason. Single tap seems to cater to those who do nothing but copy/paste. I mostly chat...
