Annoying popups by itself

Every once a while, I see that stupid annoying popups by itself even though I did not open Assistant app, how do I stop that?

Probably just alerting u about it , set it up and if u don't use no harm

Are you sure you didn't accidentally swipe up diagonally from one of the bottom corners? That usually brings up Google Assistant.
