Who's feeling like upgrading to the 10 series?

Me. Probably.
I'll be honest though, the main thing putting me off is the weight gain due to qi2 magnets. The one thing Google got right is a smaller "pro" with fantastic ergonomics both in hand and in pocket. Making it heavier for a niche application is a shame. Why couldn't they ditch the pointless temperature sensor to compensate?

It will do until the S26 / Xiaomi 16 come out I guess.

( Never thought I would be a smaller phone lover .....but I guess we all change )

There is a Pixel 10 Pro XL with my name on it somewhere out there...

I only recently upgraded to the 9 Pro XL, so I'll probably hold onto this for another 1-2 years, maybe even longer if there aren't any amazing trade-in deals for the next few generations.

It's not a bad idea going to the pro smaller version, I like the idea of the update with the magnets though and I think it's excellent especially for some people that like to just carry their phone without a case and have it magsafe ready. I don't think the weight increase will be crazy to bother anybody imo

I've been contemplating trading in my 9 Pro XL and going with the 10 Pro as I think I'd like to downsize a bit ... But we'll see what the trade in values look like.
Aye. I would have considered the base model ( a first in nearly 20 years of smart phone addiction ) if it was lighter than the pro.

As someone who loves my OnePlus Pad3 for media stuff, I just don't have a need to lug a bigger phone about. And it being ergonomic as an actual phone is important.
My broken hands are not getting any better as I get older. Jeez , I can't be that old.

Yeah, I still have my Pixel 3 and every once in a while I'll hold it and think to myself something just a touch bigger would be the perfect size ... Looks like the Pro size would be exactly what I'm looking for.
