Definitely something new radio-wise. Anything related to RF is marked confidential. It goes all the way until August too, which is odd.
 
While we have no way of knowing if this device will be sold in the USA or not (we do know it will be sold in Canada), it does have the right frequencies for at&t Mobility 3G here in the USA.

Waaaay too late for AT&T 3g to be interesting. I just don't understand why they can't launch a no contract AT&T version at the same time as T-mob.

It might be an HSPA+ version. It might also be launched as a reboot like the Vibrant 4g.
