I really hope it's not going to be as thin as it appears. My galaxy nexus is comfy, but the wife's razr is too thin for me. Those are really the only 2 phones I have much experience with for comparison.

Its a lot thicker than both of those phones assuming it comes in close to the same thickness as the droid maxx currently out.

Looks like the new droid maxx is about the same thickness as the galaxy nexus u said u had. 8.5mm for the maxx and 8.9mm for the nexus. In comparison I think the new iPhone 6 is 6.9mm which feels like a lays potato chip lol

The new Moto X was too thin for me without a case. The Turbo should be just right...
