Hey guys,

I am an ex att member with the iphone 3g, yea I have waited that long to buy a new phone. Anyways I bought the htc sensation from radioshack because of their trade in policy towards my phones I wanted to get rid of. I brought this phone home after an two hour delay from att to tmobile beacuse of porting issues with my old number, to find out it couldn't call and download data aka surfing the web or running updates. I called t mobile tech service they had me do a hard reboot wipe the phone with factory resets and so on. I did this and the next day, yesterday, the phone wouldnt sync up with the satellite properly I assume due to the weather never updating to my current location. I called t mobile and the tech didnt have a clue about my phone due to the fact I told her about the problem from the day before and she told me the phone wasn't capable of calling and surfing because her blackberry couldn't and she had tmobile. I proceeded to ask her for tmobile retail stores number because I knew she wouldn't be any help. I called the store talked to a really cool kid he told me go to radioshack and trade out phones. TODAY to top it off the phone ,using using my headset, to talk people told me i sounded really far away or they couldn't hear me. Mind you i used my iphone headset and the htc headset with the same result. My questions finally after all of that backstory.

Is anyone else having these issues?

Also what are you guys using to sync your itunes to the phone? I used mywalkman or something to that effect and I can't find the podcasts and when I used the search tool it wasn't in a folder it was all layed out like "individual songs."

I am a new t mobile member and I like the service for my area but should i just scrap it all together get my money back and go somewhere else ie att again or verizon?

Its just frustrating with a phone that is so expensive to have these issues my iphone out of the box just worked and worked well.

Scrap iTunes and sync with Google....you said the phone was expensive? I don't know what you paid but they're $148 at Walmart, I've had no hands free issues yet. If your having data problens, I would ask for a new Sim card, that solved my problems...welcome to Android, once you get used to the system...you start customizing, you'll forget that iPhone in no time...oh yeah, go to a TMO corporate store for your help, not radio shack!

I paid 100 for mine I'm sorry I meant the price itself of the phone in terms of the old addage you get what you paid for. The radioshack thing I second that as I am learning slowly but surely. I just knew of them being the only ones with a trade in policy.

T-mobile also has a trade in program, and I know the iphone gets a pretty good deal, even if its an older one. I'd say stick with tmo though, because everyone else is just getting more and more expensive.
