I got that on my non-carrier unlocked Exynos today, for some reason it started to download automatically, no chance to download later, got the option to install later though.
I did notice the screen not being as responsive as normal after the November security update though

Unlocked Galaxy Note Plus 5g but I dont know if this is related to the recent Onedrive integration update that other Note 10 users have received.
