Answer and Dismiss buttons are unresponsive
This is a new Motorola E 2nd Gen phone. When the phone is unlocked and an incoming call arrives, the tab with Answer and Dismiss buttons pops up, but the 'Answer' and 'Dismiss' tabs are unresponsive and the handset and X icons are grey. I cannot answer the call taping them. Is something wrong with the phone?
