Any big OTA coming for the Note 4 Exynos?

I am hesitating in buying the Note 4 because the S6 has a better TW and of course M9 the best UI ever.
Do you think Note 4 Exynos will get a new big update with:
-64bit support
-Better camera colors
-New TW themes system ?
