(This is actually regarding the specific Canadian variant.)

Would anybody mind extracting the Samsung Pay APK and sending it to me?

My unit is a Hong Kong model, and while I can still use Samsung Pay for payments, the offers and points, etc, are local for Hong Kong. I'm not sure this will work, but it's worth a try

I don’t know if using your CSC using *#243203855# (preferably to your carrier) would solve this.
Be careful, though. It factory resets the phone!
