Any chance of recovering?

My bootloader is locked and my system partition was wiped. I can't unlock the bootloader and I doubt it's recoverable - I just need convincing. I've tried abd and fastboot to fix it to no avail.

No. Cause there's no system I simply cannot enable the setting to allow it to even be unlocked.

If TWRP is still on the device, you may be able to reflash a stock ROM through an ADB push.

I never unlocked the bootloader and as such all software is stock.
