Called them. There was a recording regarding the error. They said the coupon will be honored starting December 24.

Doesn't sound right. It was supposed to be starting 12/9 and ending 12/24. Can't they get anything correct?

I spoke to Best Buy customer service and I was told they will be issuing new certificates within the next few days "that actually work".

My first two incorrect coupons still work. However, the value dropped from $50 down to $30 and the other one only $10 (what the h****?). I guess, that is probably what they meant by "In fact it was too low". I didn't bother call them up. I am thankful that the bad coupon still work. With the two new coupons, I got total of $140. That went toward new tablet purchase for the kids.

Ya i just checked my first coupon is $30 and my second is $50 i can combine them for $80 off which is super awesome, way to go best buy

I wonder how this works. It has the same Serial number in the coupon so how do you use both? This would be great if possible as I purchased two tablets so instead of $100 I would have $200 in savings code. Does everyone have the same serial number? If so how are you using both?

No, not really. The original coupon code has only value of $30, the second one is only $10. The new reissued has the correct $ value of $50 each. But you can still use all four together with total of $140 discout.

Mine both had a code of $50, only the expiration was incorrect. The new one still said the same as above.

Yes, all of them are $50 each. But they are not, not for the one with incorrect date. Apparently, it has incorrect value even it said $50. You can verify its value by adding something to your shopping cart and then apply that coupon code, and stop there. You will see its value. You dont have to place order. Like I said mine said $30 for $50 coupon. Other has seen that too. If yours said $50, then you are the lucky one.

I just got an e-mail from BestBuy with a $70 reward certificate that expires on 2/22/2014. I know I got reward points for this purchase but I thought that took at least 30 days to post, but it looks like it posted much faster. So now I have a total $170 of certificates for the purchase of my two tablets as long as I use them by 12/24. Looks like I can finally get a TV for my bedroom. End of cool story. Wow I guess I got a good deal after all.

What I noticed about these Note 10.1 is that they hold their value pretty well for a tech item. I bought my Note 10.1 last year for $325 (used but mint condition). Well that device is still fetching $300....9 months later. I just bought another mint 10.1 2014 edition 16gb for $500 (shipped. and no tax). It may slip below $500 but not below $400 anytime soon.
