Any downsides to installing Honeycomb to internal Vs. SD ?

Hi. Newbie to the Nook Color. I want to run Honeycomb and I'm mulling over installing to the SD card Vs. internal. Any downsides to the internal method? Are the HC versions the same? When a new version comes out, is there a lag before a version is made for either method?

Downsides to the internal method? I can't think of any, other than the fact that CM7 is probably a better experience than HC.

I would suggest HC from an SD card and run with CM7 internally.
