Any evo lte owners in Houston?

Just watched the video at the link above. 30-50% better 3G speeds. So now instead of 60kbps I can get 80-90kbps on 3G. Man, that is going to be awesome :-\

DO you think that the improved 3G speeds will only take affect in the major cities that are suppose to get 4G on the 15th or will it affect everyone nationwide?

On the site where the actually launch date is shown mentioned that the LTE will be at 40%..Does this mean that Houston and its surrounding areas may not be covered? What does 40% mean?

I am guessing that means that, on the launch date, only 40% of the planned LTE towers will be active, with the rest being filled in gradually over time. Probably means that, like is the case with WiMax, coverage while moving around the city will not be very good. I'm sure there will be pockets with great coverage, but I can't imagine that with just 40% of the towers online that will be enough to completely blanket Houston and all surrounding areas.
