Any good after Xmas deals on an S10 plus coming up?

Looking to buy one for little sis and not that many deals on new ones. Will they drop as we get closer to the s11 release? Was hoping to get her one in next 30 days. TIA

1. They're not going to give you any after Xmas prices until they see how the Xmas sales went. If they're slow, some retailers may drop after-Xmas prices a little.

2. After the S11 comes out, the price of the S10 may drop, but not before. They want to sell them all before the S11 is out, to get full price..

That is what I was afraid of. I got my s10 plus on release day and its still a fantastic phone so think that will be perfect for her. Best price I see is $720 for unlocked new but see many "open box" or refurbed units around $450-$550 range. Unsure of those units though

I bought my S10 new unlocked last week on Amazon for $499. It was $599, but because I used a Amazon prime card I got $100 back. Best deal I've seen for a new one.

If you have a Samsung phone to trade-in, Samsung may take care of you.
In a recent sale, I traded-in my 2+year-old Note 8, I got a S10+ for about $500, 0% financing, with $130 Galaxy Buds thrown in for good measure - which I was going to buy for a family member as a Holiday gift. So, it was effectively $370 for me. I really couldn't say no.

So, it's timing - watching Samsung for sales and their trade-in incentives focused on keeping customers in the fold.

Yes. I was considering buying a refurbished until I saw that deal. Since I already had a prime card it was an easy decision. That deal was last week, but I'm sure it will return in some form. Good luck.

Noticed the S10 Lite is due to be released soon. Does anyone know if it is for US market or just overseas? Its exactly what she is looking for at a great price

I vote to get it on or shortly after release date, as well. You'll get a discounted price, for sure.

I have yet to hear of this model in Canada.
