AC Question

I'm just upset again,,spent 1 1/2 hours on the computer with sprint and tried to get 2 new phones it said on the sprint site "waived upgrade fees",, I'm not out of my current lease and to me this would mean the extra monry thay want me to pay would be waived,,,noooo,,,all this means is thay would waive a $30.00 upgrade fee or to me the activation fee... everytime I have to talk to these people I feel like I'm getting screwed over,,A while aback I was trying to get a hot sport for my account,,they had it listed for a new account it was a free device with unlimited data,,,all thy would offer me was like 6 gig for 40.00 per month and try to get me to sign up for a new plan

Speak too reention departmemt. However no company is going to just credit you the difference that you owe on your current devices so you can buy new ones. You must pay off the old devices and then get new ones. It said waived upgrade fee clearly on the website that does not mean we will pay off your phone fee. Otherwise you could be buying a whole new phone every month. However retention it does have pretty decent deals they offered $100 off of an S8 for me. Also call the sales department at Sprint. Also retentions offered me a pretty good plan but I don't use unlimited data so I'm not using it but they offered my four lines of unlimited data for $120 per month so just call them don't mess with the online.

Why not , at one time they were paying off phones from other carriers to get your business.
I would think to keep your business you would at least get to do this .
They had a plan a few years ago that the main phone line could upgrade once a year. That was great but it didn't last long.
