I hope there's more to it. I really love the G2 but the UI killed it for me.

And apparently they still can't put the % instead of just a picture of the battery. The picture is useless. Give me the option to put the % there without flashing a ROM.

Lol most phone's don't show the percentage until you enable the option. You haven't even used this phone and you're already trying to be upset with it.

Have you read through this forum? I've never seen a forum where so many people were 'upset' and argumentative about a phone that wasn't even out yet, not to mention the personal attacks. The processor argument drove me crazy and I finally gave up on reading it. I just think that the % should be native to phones, or at least should be an option. My Droid Maxx doesn't have it as an option and I had to get a 3rd party app to overlay the battery icon. The phone obviously knows the % so why can't it display it. I'd forgotten that the G2 had the option as I only owned it for a few weeks before deciding on the bigger battery of the Droid Maxx (so I'm quite anxious to see the G3's battery life). Forgive me if I seemed upset with the phone.
