Any method of altering TCP/IP settings for WiFi network?

So I'm at my parents' house for a couple of days and I'm trying to get my LG Optimus S to connect to my parents' wireless network. I've got the wireless security and MAC address filtering nailed, but unfortunately the router requires you to manually assign an IP address to each device connecting wirelessly (it's an old Belkin router and it's extremely temperamental). I've futzed around in the wireless setup but I don't see any method of manually assigning my device an IP address (no TCP/IP settings).

Are there any workarounds or apps you know of that might help?

Thanks!
