Probably not at the moment. Once stuff like CM10 gets the Theme Engine you'll be seeing a load of them get ported/worked over.

Well certain launchers (like Nova and Apex) will let you change app icons on their respective home screens and app drawer. However, system indicators/icons like the battery and sounds (like for touch inputs) are all at the system level which can't be modified unless you root your device.
