Any new updates on easy sync to and from itunes mac?

I have been looking and looking. I have not found an easy answer to the s4 to Itunes on mac sync. I am only looking for music. I want them to communicate and go. Grrrrr! I am hoping there might be a ray of hope I have not seen yet..... ',)

Try an app called isyncr. Cost a few bucks but works great syncing music with iTunes. Good luck.

It will reverse sync songs you buy on Amazon MP3 and you photos if you want as well, FWIW. If you use Tasker you can even automate when the WiFi synch happens with more detail that just a time of day.

I have always used the doubletwist app (free) combined with AirSync (can't remember what it cost) with great success.

I just paid the four bucks for isync and it is EXACTLY what I was looking for!! After a tiny bit of red tape (20 min tops), I have achieved complete sync with my playlists exactly as they are on itunes. Thank you all for your help!
