Any Possible Way to Change Rolodex?

Is there any way to change the Rolodex to a grid like the Dtek50, keyone and priv has? The Rolodex is so unorganized.

The Contacts app is garbage, that's for sure. Mine has defaulted all phone numbers to Fax so when I go into a contact, that's the number that appears first. I have to click "see all" to view the work or mobile number. I have 1000+ contacts so if anyone has any suggestions, please don't let it be to go into each one to set as default. Can't seem to find a solution for this problem.
