Any Problems?

Sooo,

Are there any problems taht dont occur with the phones themselves but rather the Android OS? one that goes accross all phones. It doesnt just have to be like somethings wrong... but things that it lacks compared to other phones.

Not that I can think of. What's "lacking" is going to depend on who you ask. You might also want to look into solutions and workarounds for anything that you think is a must-have.
