I picked up th 16gb at the verizon store, now I am starting to have second thoughs on not getting the 32gb, I gues I like the thought of more memory, not sure i will ever use just like the thought. Any one else having the same regret?

If a person puts 12GB of apps on their phone, I would think they have a problem.

No regrets here, I keep all my apps on the phone and barely made a dent in the 8GB on my DX. I keep all my pictures, music, videos on the SD card and back it up regularly to my laptop, which I then back up to my external HD.

I am new to Android. How do you back up the GS3 to your PC?

None yet. I may get a 64GB SD card instead of 32GB at some point. I'd just throw the 32GB into my camcorder or something.

Not at all here either. ATT only offered the 16GB but the price difference on Verizon is $50. Well, I got a Samsung 32GB Class 10 MicroSD card for just under $30, so it saved me money getting the external SD. I have a bunch of 1280x720P movies on there now and still have half the space available, and I could always buy another. For apps and camera pics I never came anywhere near running out of space on my previous 8GB Droid 2. Don't be worried about it ;)

No regrets here. Like others here, I have a 64gb card that I bought on sale (I don't think that I'll ever be able to fill it), plus all of the Drop box space that I've acquired. I'm good!

I just plug into my computer with the USB cable, open the device and copy the storage folders onto my hard drive- both the phone storage and the external SD storage. So I'm really just backing up all my media files, and data files used by apps... It's definitely not a full system backup by any means. I know there are apps that can backup your full system image, but I've never had a need for that so don't know much about them. I'm sure there's info around here somewhere if you're interested, or someone may chime in.

No regrets here either. I went and bought another 32gig sd right after I left Verizon. It's far more than enough for me. I use my storage mainly for music.

No regrets. Apps only on phone. Pics, videos & some music stored on the SD card. All music on Google play.

16GB on Phone
64GB microSD
50GB Box.net

I'm good

For $50 bucks more, you get double the storage. I think that in itself is a no brainier - I got a 16gb to get my hands on one but getting the 32 next week. Fresh out of the box you only have roughly 12gb available - not to say you couldn't fill it up but I also look at re-sell options too.

You don't get a true 16gb usable space with the device - its really like 12gb. And the 64gb card has 59gb available.

On ATT, so no choice. Would have preferred the 32gb, but the 64gb card is enough for media. Maybe the 12gb will eventually stretch the app limits, but I'll probably have a SGSIV by then!

I purchased the 32gb SIII but only because I'm from the old days with PC's where you can't ever have enough storage. I also have a Class 10 32gb SD card... :)
