Any reviews say how good signal stability is?

I have a Blackberry Tour on Sprint right now and the radio can't hold a 3G signal to save it's life. The only way to get it to really hold a signal is to run a data intensive app like Pandora that's constantly queing up and streaming song after song. And once I lose that EVDO signal, I'm roaming 1X on Verizon..which is something that wouldn't be too fantastic in the case of having the EVO. My Instinct previously would occasionally roam on Verizon as well, though I'm not sure in the case of the Tour if it's a phone problem or a problem with Sprint coverage in my area. So any reviews say how well a 3G or 4G signal for that matter holds up with this phone?

I also have 4G in the area, though the Clear website explicitly states that for my area best signals would be attained outdoors.
