Any Solution for NO IMEI, NO BASEBAND on HOX ?

Hi guys

Is there any solution for NO imei ? No base band ?

my fastboot shows following things with imei same as printed on sim tray...*#06* not shows anything...No signal...stuck in Air plane mode...

Fastboot shows my imei same as printed on sim tray..Imei is clean..I root it and bootloader is unlocked.. I got it from eBay as is..Anything I can do ?
