Side loaded the M OTA after downgrading the D build to 5.0.1. Was a pain, but build M is better. Fixed Trusted Places.

What process did you use to do it?

I side loaded "M" last night.... Battery life seems to be slightly worse so far today.. But in a few places I didn't usually have LTE service (Inside the grocery store and the mall) I now get Band 12 LTE coverage where Band 4 seemed to have issues penetrating the building...
I never side loaded the others! I went straight from 5.0.1 to the "M" build of 5.1...Band 12 is on all of the new 5.1 builds. D, E, and M

Just picked up my N6 from T-Mobile today. Still on 5.0 with no update available for 5.01, 5.02, or 5.1. Has everyone else been updated to at least 5.02?

Are you getting better LTE signal with band 12?

Oh yeah! In and around Dallas the few spots I regularly go to that I'd drop down to HSPA/3G I noticed I get LTE band 12 now! And full bars... I've notice while on band 12 & even with a strong signal speeds are in the 6 - 12 Mbps range vs 20 - 40 on band 4 but that's still way better than the 1 or less when it would drop down to 3G!
Amazing improvement..... Be interesting at work tomorrow as inside my building has always been a spot with a weak LTE signal that sometimes drops down!
