any time i am sent a url or web page i click on it says cant open go connect

Welcome to Android Central! How are you receiving these links? In a text message or email? Try going to Settings>Apps​, tap Menu>Reset All App Preferences, and then try opening a link again. See if it asks you to choose an app to open the link.
