Any way to bypass password and get into phone.

Backstory so people won't think I stole this phone: I'm going through a divorce and I am the account holder on the Verizon HTC1 M8 that my wife was using. She locked herself out of the phone by trying to tamper with the Verizon account. I got the phone back through a court order and had to input a PUK keycode (Personal Unblocking Key); after I did this the phone goes to the lock screen where I have 10 tries at getting the password right before the phone resets itself to factory default. Does anyone know of a way I can bypass this password and get into the phone. A lot of information on the phone where my wife was cheating on me would be helpful in my divorce. Thanks. -2$in

We don't have any reason to think that you stole the phone, don't worry. But you must understand that any instructions to unlock the phone could help people that did steal one. I assume that the Google account in that phone is your wife's and without that password there's no much you can do. Take it to Verizon, with the court order and your ID and they could be able to help you. Good luck.
