Any way to disable the new Google message popup when texting?

There is a new popup message that appears and overlays on my keyboard spacebar that says something like " End-to-end encryption No one, including Google and third parties can read these messages traveling between you phone and the phone you message." I assume it's part of Android 13 or some update as it's fairly new. Any way to disable it?

I suspect it's one of things that will automatically stop showing up after a set amount of times. I can't remember if I've seen that already on my phone, but will keep an eye out for it. In the meantime, see if it goes away after a day or so.
