Any way to keep the second hand on?

I'd like the second hand to remain visible for longer than the 5 sec. timeout, or keep it always on. Any thoughts on how to accomplish this? Thanks!

I have the G Watch and I don't think this is an option as it is to save battery when in dimmed mode.

It's also an indicator as to when Wear is listening for you to ask it something.

Thanks for the help. I work in a hosp. and when taking a pulse it'd be helpful to see a "tick" for at least 6 seconds.

Hmmm, I swear I saw at least one app where you could set the "delay to dim" but I can't find it on my phone so I must have removed it...
