Any way to purchase D821 version of N5 in the U.S. instead of D820?

Apparently the D820 doesn't support UK/Europe LTE banks (3,7,20):

I was hoping to save $100 like I usually do on Nexus phones by purchasing it on my next trip to the U.S.

Google probably can't sell anything in US that is not FCC approved. So, look for FCC approval stick on D821. If you don't see one, you can't buy it in US.
