Any way to see apps installed per device through play store?

When I go to play store on a desktop browser and go Apps > My Apps, it shows every app I have ever installed. Is there no way to see just those I have installed on a device?

Also, I read earlier that the play store browser interface lets you uninstall apps, but I see no controls for that now when I visit the page for an app I know I have installed.
