Early today I installed that Dr.Fone programme on my laptop to recover some deleted pics (how ironic you'll see). I then connected my S7 SM-G930F to the computer and so it started to install some Dr. Fone files too. But it then rebooted and got stuck on the Samsung Logo. Reboot or Wipe Cache Partition in Recovery mode didn't yield any results.
So I am now at the point I think I must Wipe Data to get the phone starting again (unless you've got some good suggestions?). I assume it's either the software or my phone has gotten too full with the install (it was close to the limit before that ; I know I should have used a sim card. Rookie mistake, but I didn't think that could cause issues in newer phones too).
Anyways my main question is do you guys know any way to transfer my files from the phone (pics and memos mainly) to my laptop before factory reset?
Any solution would be greatly appreciated.
