With or without JB on the Note 10.1, it's still the best tablet on the market FOR ME. So yeah, even with ICS I am thrilled to death about it. There's just a couple tantalizing features in JB that have me drooling. I can't help but crave the JellyBean like I have on my S3. I can certainly wait as well, but man it's fun to anticipate and get excited for when it will arrive.

Someone posted the following on another site (XDA):

Quote: I just got this info in an email as a follow up to a phone conversation from an escalated Customer Service Question. Not sure if it means anything?

Oh, for pity's sake, the Note 10.1 is already such a spectacular device, I really can wait for a little while. I see no need top bail headlong into the Nexus, which not only does not have the S Pen, it has no SD card slot and no USB host capability, so you're stuck with - what? - 32 gigs, and that's it.With my Note, I have 32 gigs internal, another 64 in the micro sd and I can add even more with my USB adapter.

I've told my Asus story too many times, but, here goes again. They rushed out the jelly bean upgrades to my Transformer Pad TF300, and, oh what a mess. It took three firmware updates to take out the bugs and the problems, and it still doesn't operate as fast or as smooth as my Note.

Lol you sound like me with the nexus phones. Tablet are a different story though.

I got impatient and just flashed the German jelly bean update to my GN 8013, as you can see it now says 8010, but everything is working fine on mine. Really like some of the new features. When the U. S. Jelly bean finally comes, I'm just going to go to that one. I will say, is kind of a joke how you have to wait so long for the update, since it's shipping on the new ones now. Also how they still haven't released the kb dock yet, but available other places in the world. Not only do you have to wait for the updates, but also the hardware. Samsung makes great products, but not great business choices. That said i still wouldn't trade my Galaxy Note tablet or gs lll phone.

I, for one, am willing to wait until it is officially released in the US. From a functional perspective, the Note 10.1 Tablet has enough performance and capabilities that I don't miss it as much as if it were a smartphone.

Thank you Samsung and Verizon for screwing your loyal customers.
