I've tried installing both the regular and transparent versions, and neither one will install. Anybody else run into this?

Finally got it to work by downloading from one of the mirrors listed on android police

Send from my DNA

This would be nice as the androidpolice links were dead (last checked a couple days ago).

When I do that from Google Now on the DNA, I get "this action is not supported on this device". It works for you?

Though the widget works fine, I want it in Google Now.

Looks like Google's noticed some phones are messed up with this. It now says "Your device is not supported," which is better than crashing. (But still not better than actually working.)

As I said on G+, in Aus I just get a "What is" (Define) search on "this song". This seems like a great way of dealing with it and it not crashing but this is using English (UK) search language.

How is that a great way of dealing with it? There are many good music listeners that function perfectly. Having it listen, then providing search results seems less than ideal. They will fix it though, I would bet ..

I mean having it search the phrase rather than just give no response or crash the app for those of us not lucky enough to be able to use the service.

Ahh, I see. Yes, for sure it is better than a crash.

Got it to sideload and while the what's this song widget works, the google now feature still doesn't work... hopefully they'll come up with a solution soon. The apk is attached if anyone wants it

Ya I had that same idea but still failed. Kinda sad that it is not working. I am wondering if it is now not working because google blocked the ability server side to stop the crashing, or if it is still requiring something else. I presume that it just needs google ears to work since that is the function that it calls. Unfortunately I don't see google unblocking it anytime soon for us that like to fix our phones to compensate for the HTC fail of sense, haha.
